Long before Pro Solutions Air became one of the Valley's trusted home comfort companies, Donald and Teigh Wade were simply trying to build something they could be proud of.
Donald spent his days diagnosing systems, crawling through hot Arizona attics, installing equipment, answering emergency calls, and often responding to customers late into the night—all from his personal cell phone.
Teigh worked behind the scenes, managing scheduling, payroll, bookkeeping, marketing, licensing, customer service, purchasing, and every detail required to keep the business moving forward.
Every dollar earned was reinvested into better tools, better equipment, better training, and better service.
Together, they built Pro Solutions Air one customer at a time.
