About Us
True Care Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation PLLC is a family owned physical therapy out patient clinic. Raymond Popp PT, is the physical therapist, and he specializes in personal one on one treatment. Raymond is a manual therapist and uses his skills to best fit each patients' needs. Raymond graduated from SUNY Upstate Medical University at Syracuse NY in 2001. Raymond has been certified in muscle energy manual treatment techniques since 2005 and received a post graduate diploma as an Osteopractor from the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy December 2015. With this post graduate Diploma in Osteopractic care, Raymond is certified in spinal and extremity manipulation, dry needling, cupping, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization. Raymond has seen very good results when treating neck and back pain/dysfunctions using his manual therapy skills. Raymond has also enjoyed, with good outcomes, treating patients post operative orthopedics, post stroke, patients with general functional mobility deficits. Raymond and his wife, Yunue, established True Care Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, PLLC September 2015 and we have grown through physician referrals and word of mouth from patients and their family members who are extremely happy with the outcome of their rehab.
